May 5! I can’t believe it is May 5th. Part of my life is going to be missing and I am not happy about it. I have too much to do, but not enough to do in all the same moments.
Today I went to work. I did not have a very productive day because I just stared at everything not knowing what to begin with. Maybe one day I will be more organized.
I ate a salad from the local pizza place in Marysville. I have to admit it is my favorite salad. Greens, pistachio nuts, cranberries, gorgonzola cheese and a yummy cranberry dressing. My dad and I love this salad. I get to eat this yummy salad at least once a week.
I got home and Max was mad. He was mad at Ryan because Ryan didn’t want to go to the neighbors house to see if they could hang out. Max was yelling at Ryan. Ryan was yelling back. They are always fighting. I made them turn off the electronics and get outside. Maybe they are grumpy because they need to exercise. I think that would be the case! I made them get on their bikes and told them to ride around the neighborhood. They left and went to their friends house which is a little ways away. They stayed there for a bit. I sat outside with Alysa and Lyla. They were nice. Then Alysa put on her volleyball shorts. They are so short and just make her look uncomfortable. I made her put on different shorts. She was mad. I didn’t care. I was home for 10 minutes and managed to make all of my kids mad at someway or the other. It was awesome.
We had quesadillas for dinner in honor of Cinco de Mayo. I made the kids eat carrots and a fruit. Hooray for this. They both ate carrots and an apple. We played Uno and then played a little baseball while Alysa went to volleyball practice. The boys raced to the corner and Ryan cried because he ran into the pole with his knee. Poor little sensitive guy.
Then we have baths and bed. Only 9:35! the night is young. No sleeping for me until 12:00 or I get too much sleep.
Here are a few pictures that Alysa took on my camera. I think that she really has a good eye.
