This weekend ..

This weekend...

I cleaned
I spent time with my kids
I read a book
I worked
I took the dog for a small walk
I washed the counter more times than I can count
I let Alysa's friends stay until 11:00 at night
I let Max have a sleepover at his friends house
I made a cake and cookies
I made dinner for the next week and put it in the freezer
I cleaned the boys room 2 times
I washed the floors in the entry way and the kitchen by hand
I practiced my piano every day
I made a list of things that needed to be done at work and at my house
I let Ryan play with the blankets and the cushions on the couch even when I knew he wasn't going to clean them up
I ate too many girl scout cookies
I read an article my dad sent me about the air in Utah being the 9th worst in the nation.  AHH
I made Max read 5 books so he could get his 100 books read for the paper chain
I listened to the tutor book that Alysa has to read to me about the solar system
I gave Rainee a bath and blew her dry with the blow dryer
I hung up the pile of coats that were going to make my hook fall down
I played with kids and watched Eric and the dog play
I drove to my moms 3 times on Saturday
I ate frozen yogurt from the new place in Centerville - delicious!
I ate chicken nuggets at McDonalds on Friday and Saturday.  Horrible! 
I smiled

I let Rainee sit on my lap on the couch!

Needless to say, I had a good weekend.  I did realize one thing when Eric locked me in the closet when we were playing... that I am terrified of small, dark spaces !!   I was actually crying through my laughing when he finally let me out. He was teasing me that I should have turned on the light.  I told him I was frozen and I couldn't do anything.  He was there with me, but he was laughing too hard to help me.    It was terrible.  Note to Eric - please don't ever lock me in the closet again!!!
