Lyla's tooth has been wiggly for quite some time. She is afraid to wiggle it too much. She doesn't really want anyone to touch it. The last few days, it has moved over to the side and looked a little hillybilly-ish. She keeps moving it with her tongue and it looks so funny. Today, it was hanging on by just a little bit and she was too afraid. Eric told her that if she were to let him pull it out, he would take her to a movie. She said no and then went back to play. She came back a few minutes later and asked Eric to help her pull it out. He grabbed a hold of it and pulled. She didn't really know what happened and then said "oh, it is gone!" ha. She cried and then it was better.
Since it was pulled out, she has asked me so many times if she looks different. Yes! I do think that you look different. I think that you look 10 years older in just the 2 seconds it took to pull out the tooth. I love that you are getting bigger. I hate it at the same time. You are my sweet, cuddly little friend. Please stay that way.
For the record, Ryan wanted to go to the movie she chose, so she was nice to go get frozen yogurt instead and let us all go to the movie with her. Yay for missing teeth and yay for a impromptu movie night. Maybe she will lose the other one by Christmas so she can sing "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth!"
