Bed

II went to bed at 10:45 last night.  It feels weird since I thought I was always a night  person.  I thought that the night was the "best" time to get things done.  I thought the night was peaceful.  I thought all of these things until I started getting up in the morning between 5:30 and 5:45a.  The thought of waking up this early always has always been not my favorite thing.  I start my day by brushing my teeth and drinking a glass of water. Then I proceed with something called miracle morning.  The miracle morning includes Silence Affirmations Visualizations Exercise Reading Scribing.  I take 1 hour to run through this list.  It is 5 minutes of the first three and the last one and 20 of exercise and reading.  I have been doing this for almost 3 weeks.  I feel amazing and am learning a lot about myself while doing these things each morning before everyone else wakes up.  I never thought that the ticket to my day was to early rise rather than stay up late, but I love it so much.   I like getting up and feeling the freshness of the morning, having peaceful thoughts and a little body movement before the day continues on.   I love watching the sunrise to greet us with another day.  I love all of the things the morning brings that the night doesnt have.  If you think you are a night person, you should try this schedule and your mind will instantly change to being a morning person!  Yay for the shift in my day so I could realize all of these things about my day!
