There are times where all Lyla will let me do is sit outside while she plays. I work for a little while, she plays, she runs with Rainee, she explores, then…
she goes right in the road. what is is about kids in the road?!
and she acts like it is the funniest thing in the world.
I don’t find it funny at all. I tell her to get out of the road and then she plays some more, and gets dirty and has so much fun. She could spend all day long outside.
I can’t keep this girl clean for the life of me. She is so messy. But she is so cute. (Oh and, I am absolutely loving my new camera. I bought a Canon T3i. It is so nice. I like my new lens on my Nikon, but I think that the Canon camera is the way to go. )
Then I have to force myself to take pictures of something other than Lyla. My kids are going to think that she is my favorite, but really she is just with me all of the time :)
So I take pictures of the little maple tree leaves, the bush, the moon, the clouds and the sunset.
while I am taking the pictures, Ryan is “holding up the basketball hoop” He is doing a great job seeing that he is standing on the recycle bin. It will never fall with him around.
then the next day… we do it all over again.
and when I get to see face expressions like this..
It is all about the simple things that make my day all worth it.
I totally love my days with these two.
