So, maybe I need the Super Nanny to come and show my how to put Max to bed at a proper time for a child. He is still awake fighting the urge to fall into a deep slumber. We read 10 stories, I put him in his bed, he got up for a drink, I put him back in bed with his drink, he came out of his room again with his drink and his blankets and in his really nice sweet voice, says "Mommy, I just want to snuggle with you." How can I resist? He won't be 4 forever and won't always want to snuggle with me in the night. So, every night I just give in and snuggle with him on the couch until I wake up to the dark of the house and the TV show informercial of some item that I am sure no one needs.

That cast looks so uncomfortable. He is supposed to get it off next Wed. We will see what the x-ray looks like. The doctor said that he may have to wear a short cast or a split for a while to prevent re-breaking.
