Random thoughts!

I was feeding the kids dinner tonight... we were having a very simple meal consisting of Chicken, Rice and cooked Carrots. I told Max that he had to eat all of his dinner to play video games. He put the chicken piece on his fork and said "okay, chicken.. here we go" Then he said - "here it goes" and then ate the chicken. I thought it was funny. :) Hooray for kids! Of course, he got to play his video game. He loves video games.

We went on a walk after church today. It was such a nice day. I felt so good because I could run to catch up with the kids and not feel like I was dying. I could actually do it. I guess going to the gym is helping me! I think that I will for sure keep going.

Ryan is having a hard time being away from me. He won't go to nursery or the gym and play. It is really sad. Hopefully, he will get over it soon. I even walk in the other room at our house and he just screams.

We went to Alysa's parent/teacher conferences the other day. Her teacher said that she is doing great. She picks up on things really fast. She is great! She is working on her reading and writing. Her writing is so sloppy because she writes so fast. I have always had this problem. She told her teacher that we are the same because I go to fast at my work and sometimes mess up too. I had to laugh because she had to have heard me say that. :) HA HA

Max's Birthday is tomorrow. He is turning 4. Hooray for another year. He wants a dinosaur cake. We will see how that one goes :)
